Napa Valley

Napa Valley is located about an hour north of both San Francisco and Oakland and is one of the nine great wine capitals on earth.  This week is A’s week with our podcast featuring the Oakland Athletics being released on Friday, September 10th.

Ed Kasputis will be interviewing two guests about “must see” Napa Valley.  Tab Borges from Classic Convertible Wine Tours will talk about his tours from one of his 1947 Packard convertibles that he uses to whisk clients through Napa Valley each day.

Ed will then interview Jay Selman from award winning Grape Radio.  Imitation is the best form of flattery. A year ago, even before Baseball PhD had its domain name, our staff was studying and admiring Graperadio.com.  ”Graperadio.com had a tremendous influence on the design of both our web site and podcasts,” said Kasputis.  ”I’m excited that the passions of Grape Radio and Baseball PhD finally intersect – in Napa Valley.  Go A’s!”
