Hi Guys!
As always a great podcast! My Masters in the Minors is really coming along.
However, I have to point out that Ed has NEVER driven through Bowling Green, Ky on his way between Cleveland and Louisville. Bowling Green is located 120 miles south of Louisville on I-65.
I live about halfway between Bowling Green and Louisville, so I can give you a field report on Bowling Green Ballpark. It is located a few blocks from Western Kentucky University and was built in 2009. It is a good place to see a game; seats about 4500 and you are close the playing field. It’s not the prettiest ballpark I’ve seen, it feels a bit generic to me, but the concessions are decent and the staff are friendly and helpful. The reason why the team is called the Hot Rods is because Bowling Green is where they make the Corvette.
Again, keep up the good work. Do you have plans to an Associates in the Indepent Leagues?
Thanks,
Doug Fulkerson
